Görtz & Crown primarily mediates G&C Companions for the elderly and families who consciously choose private extra support. We are looking for G&C Companions who aspire to this often demanding work environment.
G&C Academy
Thorough training and education are of superior importance for Görtz & Crown. That is why G&C has been working on its own G&C Academy since 2012. The modules of the G&C Academy guarantee optimal preparation for the specific work environment for our G&C Companions. In order to continue to meet the high desired quality standards, we only mediate candidates who are willing to receive permanent further training.
The G&C Academy is officially registered with the Central Register of Short Professional Education (CRKBO). Educational institutions are registered in the Register of Institutions that comply with the Quality Code for Training Institutions for Short Vocational Education.
